16th Dec 2011...such a long time I am not doing anything with my blog. Busy with my life, kids and so many things that happen to me lately...

One month countdown untill my 30th birthday (older than what I am thinking). as long as my hearth still grow younger and healthy it is fantastic.

i know my English is not excellent. but i'll try to improve my English either in speaking or writing.

26th weeks Morphology Ultrasound @ Omni NSW

On 23rd March 2011 I'm doing my morphology Ultrasound at Omni Gynaelogical Care St Leonards, NSW. It cost me 200 + 25(cd). A lots of picture to be seen...I'm happy with my baby. As prediction doc says that 90% is baby boy. Again...? Erm...al-hamdulillah~ Still not sure...but we'll see~ But I'm feeling that's a boy toooo... :)

Isn't this too cute....? Actively kicking during the scan... Come along with me is Hijjaz n Maya~ My incredibly lovely lil'kidz :)

27th weeks myBub Development

Week By Week Baby Development
(Week 27 to Birth = Third Trimester)

Heartbeat is stronger and can be heard by a stethoscope,
Eyelids starts to open very slowly and clear eyes are easily visible,
There is a definite pattern in sleep and wakefulness,
Lungs are ready for breathing,Week by Week Baby Development
Taste buds also form at this stage and the nourishment is stepped by the placenta,
By the end of twenty sixth week, eye lashes and brows are completely formed,
Eyes are focused and sharp,
Brain will continue to grow, accompanied by strong sensory feelings,
Skin gets clear now with wrinkles slowly disappearing from the body,
The fetus really looks like a baby, as the head looks quite proportional to the body,
Eyes are very sensitive to the light, while the finger and toe nails reach their full length,
Each cartilage is quite soft and well formed,
Entire body system is completely functional,
The head gets firmer day by day, and the whole body is sustained by a consistent supply of food,
The baby moves almost regularly by kicking and moving,
The baby starts to put on more weight during this time,
The baby also takes a head down position to facilitate an easy delivery,
But, the scalp region is still underdeveloped to accommodate the body through the narrow birth channel

Throughout pregnancy your baby would have added weight and height very slowly. But in the last few weeks the increase in weight is markedly rapid.

My Body - 27th Weeks Pregnancy

Your body will need an extra 300 to 350 calories each day. During this time you will continue to put on weight and will continue to do so until about your 36th or 37th week. You will notice the weight you gain will be different in placement than the weight you have gained to this point. As long as you are eating healthly and maintaining a well-balanced diet, the weight you gain during pregnancy is not considered fat or unhealthy, but instead, necessary for sustaining both you and your baby. Now is not the time to worry about the number on the scale and you should not diet while pregnant. If you are concerned with the amount of weight you are gaining - whether too much or too little - discuss it with your doctor.

You may be experiencing some shortness of breath from the pressure of your uterus on your rib cage. As your uterus grows, it places pressure on the rib cage and prevents your lungs from being able to expand completely. But don't worry. You and your baby are still getting enough oxygen.

In your third trimester it is important to recognize the signs of premature labor. Research shows that premature labor is more common in some women in the summer months than other times of year due to dehydration. Be sure to continue to drink plenty of fluids.

1st visit to Royal North Shore Hospital

It seems too long since last I'm updating my blog...Yeah, too busy to update...busy playing with my kids...taking care of them...being a teacher...hehe!

Today my first visit to RNSH for booking session. As overseas patient, we need to pay in advance for 1 night stay...cost at 935 and 105(per visit-pay every time appointment with hospital)...as for now, we don't have any insurance to cover our expenses.

Just a routine check and lots of medical history question...me, hubby and family...and emotional test. If there is any depression...for me, it's all positive and no problem to be worry about :)

ok...today menu for dinner is char brokoli and bistik eggs. that's it! cheers~

Story when picture is taken:

I had an emergency Caesarean when my baby heartbeat drop when having a contraction. Medical team is not happy with that result that ended me to the operation room. Hijjaz wasn't mucking about, it was all over in just 4 hours, the doctor even missed his grand entrance.

As soon as Hijjaz was born, so many emotions washed over us. It was the best moment of our lives! In the picture, Hijjaz with his happiest big sister ever! The picture is taken when we still in operation room.

Thanks to my lovely husband that always by my side in the operation room and a great medical team that was really helpful, kind and caring :)

"A baby will make love stronger, days shorter, nights longer, bankroll smaller, home happier, clothes shabbier, the past forgotten, and the future worth living for..."

Recipe: Chilli Mud Crab

Ingredients (Serves 4 persons)

2 x 1.5kg mud crabs
2 cups cornflour
1 tsp ground white pepper
Vegetable oil, for deep frying

¼ cup vegetable oil
1 tbs finely diced ginger
3 garlic cloves, crushed
4 long red chillies, halved length ways and sliced thinly on the diagonal
2 shalots, diced
1/3 cup dried shrimp, soaked in hot water
1 tbs caster sugar
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbs light soy sauce
2 tbs prawn or chicken stock*
Lime wedges and coriander leaves, to serve

Methods

Step 1: For the crab, remove the top shell from the crabs and remove the dead man’s fingers and intestines. Cut each of the crabs into 8-10 pieces and crack the claws with the back of a large knife. On a large metal tray, sprinkle cornflour, 1 tablespoon sea salt and white pepper and roll the cut crab pieces in the seasoned flour.

Step 2: Fill a deep fryer or large saucepan with vegetable oil by one third and preheat to 190°C. In batches, deep-fry the crab pieces for 1-2 minutes until the outside is crispy. Once all the crab has been flash-fried, drain on paper towel.

Step 3: For the chilli sauce, heat the oil in a wok over medium heat and add ginger, garlic, chillies and eschalots. Cook for 5-6 minutes, then add the soaked dried shrimp and sugar and cook for a further 3 minutes. De-glaze the pan with sesame oil and light soy sauce. Toss the cooked crab pieces through the chilli sauce, pour in stock, bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes. Serve in a large bowl with lime wedges and coriander.

*To make prawn stock you can cover 10 prawn heads in cold water in a small saucepan, bring to the boil and simmer for 5-10 minutes until deeply flavoured. Strain.

Apa yang aku rasa ketika ini?
Cepat sangat penat...br buat benda sket dh lelah, tercungap-cungap cam tak cukup nafas. Jd, terpaksalah aku berbaring sebentar utk hilangkan rasa penat melampau tuh. Pastu sakit kat tulang pinggul...Waktu nieh aku plg kerap ke tandas. tu sume biasa la. Dah namanya org pegnant. hehe! nasibla aku punyai sorang suami yang sangat memahami & sentiasa cuba membuat aku gumbira...
Dan aku punyai seorang princess yang dh besar dan bleh disuruh2 kalo nk mintak tolong pe2 dan juga memahami :)

Bagaimana plak baby dlm perut nieh...?
Baby agak aktif...kalo dia gerak2 tuh terasa sangat kat perut nieh. Kekadang dia mengeraskan badan, kekadang 'hiccup', kekadang dia menendang...lebih2 lg bila dengar suara kakaknya berecerita :)

Bagaimana plak emosi aku ketika ini...?

Emosi ketika nieh tersangatlah sensitif. Senang sgt nk kuar air mata. Ntahle... Rasa berdebar menunggu kelahiran baby...takut...gabra...mcm2 la. Kebelakangan nieh aku asyik mimpikan baby jerk.

**Clothing**

sleep suits (6 x newborn size, 6 x 0 to 3 months size) - look for washability
short-sleeved bodysuits (6-8 x newborn, 6-8 x0 to 3 months size)
2 cardigans - cotton 0 to 3 months (lightweight for summer, medium weight for winter)
2 hats
4 pairs of socks
2 pairs of scratch mitts
2-3 bibs
2 pair mittens (winter babies)

**Changing Nappies**

Nappies
cotton wool pads/wipes
nappy rash cream
muslin cloths @ travelling square

16th January 1982...Lahirlah seorang insan yg diberi nama 'wisdom' ke dunia ini. Bermulalah kisah suka duka hidop seorang hamba Allah memikul amanah sbg khalifah di muka bumi ini.

Sungguh cepat masa berlalu...Aku mula merasai keindahan menyambut hari lahir bersama insan tersayang yang amat aku hormati iaitu suamiku..dan hadiah yang kuterima pada awal perkenalan kami semasa aku menyambut hari lahirku masih kusimpan...kenangan itu amat indah~ 2010 umurku menggapai 28 tahun maka genaplah usia perkenalanku dan suami selama 10 tahun. Betapa cepatnya masa berlalu. Begitu pantas...tanpa kusedari~ Dari sahabat, kekasih, dan kini suamiku...Sungguh banyak pengorbananMu untuk diriKu...Dikaulah segalanya dalam hidopku.

Dan pada hari ini suamiku bersama puteri kesayangan kami berpakat untuk membeli kek. Bersama sekeping kad istimewa yang suamiku berikan menjadi kenangan padaku utk tahun ini...Ianya amat bermakna dan bernilai bagi diriku. Bukan kupinta harta sbg hadiah tapi cukuplah kiranya aku dapat menyambut hari lahir ini bersama 2 orang insan tersayang permata dalam idop ini...=)
